I also rebuilt some physical infrastructure around the sound baffling that gave me back&#8230; well, not a tremendous amount of space, but enough that I could create an actual separate for the recording engineer, which, in this case, means me! I had to composite a photo from parts, but this gives you the idea.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/solarbird.net\/Livejournal\/2018-11\/shanti-in-for-sings-640.jpg\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a small space? But it&#8217;s really nice, and it&#8217;s also nice to be able to face the person you&#8217;re recording &#8211; it&#8217;s just way easier to signal them if something is up. I don&#8217;t have a chair for that location, but I can lean against some of the corner sound baffles and it&#8217;s surprisingly comfortable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Been a while, eh?
